Merry Christmas!!!!!!It's hard to believe 2008 is on it's way out. What a year for the Shinabery's! Changing jobs (Chris), having a baby (me :) and moving to Prescott, AZ. Those three things actually took place in the same month, so as for the rest of the year, well.....we've been trying to recooperate!
We finally got around to putting up the tree! Even though we are headed for Ohio for the holidays I couldn't let Zac's first Christmas go without a tree. We like to turn all the lights off, sit around the tree and sing Christmas songs. It's fun now that the girls can sing with me.
Our friend, Kim, hung out with me and the kids (Chris had to work) to help put up the tree!
Chris turned 38!!!! Still looking hot Baby! Zac will be five months in less than a week!
Sidney & Avery putting candles in Dad's cake!
Yes, it does get a little cold here in Prescott. Prescott is the Christmas city of AZ and every weekend (if not day) there is something going on regarding Christmas. Last Saturday we went downtown because there was a Carnival with rides and ponies. It was 40 degrees out but the wind was a killer. Little Zac was bundled up as much as I could get him bundled.
Even though both Sidney (on the pony) and Avery were shaking from the cold, they stood in line twice to ride the ponies. Chris asked them on the way to the square what color pony they wanted to ride. Avery said she wanted one with stars. Sidney said she wanted to ride a blue & white pony. It didn't dawn on me until I saw this picture that she did indeed get some white and blue on that pony. No stars for Avery, but she was still happy as a peach!
The first weekend of December, Chris ran a 5k race. I took the kids down to meet him and then we stayed for the Christmas parade!
Of course, Sidney & Avery's babies had front row seats at the parade!

Mid week, Prescott Valley had a parade of lights. I had a lady take this shot of us with my phone. We were able to park the jeep along the road and sit in the back with the hatch open. Worked out quite well.

Granny & Grampy got the girls this eisle for their birthday! They love painting!
Mom & Dad were in town the end of October to begining of Nov. Here we spent the day in Sedona.
We did one of the many hiking trails in Sedona. Here the girls are taking a rest.

Sidney and her first pumkin!
Trick or Treating!!! Aunt Jen sent these outfits for the girls! Little chic hatching out of their eggs. That night the girls didn't want to wear the white egg that goes around the waist.
